Return Policy

Chairs can be returned for a refund as long as the box is sealed with all of the contents untouched in the same orientation as when it arrived. If this is the case, then there will be no restocking fee! You'll only be responsible for return shipping deducted. We ask to be notified of your intent to return within 7 days and we'll provide the details for return shipping. Chairs cannot have been assembled! Please understand that we cannot take returns on these customized models: Novo™, Accord™, Vion™.

We will always replace any broken or missing parts! Just please notify us right away. Thank you for your support & understanding! Want to first see/sit in chairs? Many are on display at showrooms nationwide!
