One of our favorite chairs to work with is this fully-ergonomic chair with included height-adjustable headrest!  It is very comfortable despite having a thin profile and contemporary design!  The headrest can be uninstalled if/when you prefer not to use it.  With numerous upscale adjustments and the fact that that it's commercial office-grade, this one is a great value among other ergonomic desk chairs out there.
