- Weight-sensing Synchro-tilt mechanism: Back reclines at a faster rate than the seat, increasing the angle between the torso & thighs for optimal circulation.  This rate stays the same, regardless of the user, since the mechanism's spring tension adjusts based on the user's weight on the chair.
